Challenge and explore the lengths of your kinesphere through modern center floor exercises and choreography. You will gain and improve body awareness, strength and performance confidence as it pertains to modern dance. Expect to challenge the use of gravity, becoming more grounded with weight shifting movement and defining your use of trace lines and effective transitions.
