Adult Studio Showcase Participation and Ticket details
Performance date: Friday May 17, 2024 @8:00pm
Additional performance on Saturday May 18th will be considered depending on ticket sales.
Production details: Dress rehearsal Thursday May 16th, 2024 @ 6:00pm
Performance location: Heinen Theater, 3517 Austin Street
Description: Instructors will create a short work for their class(es). The choreography will be crafted from class material through a series of rehearsals, after class or on another additional day.
To Participate: Participation requires regular attendance in class as well as rehearsals. Schedule and registration information is available below. It is highly recommended that if you are not already regularly attending the class(es) you want to showcase in that you start attending class asap!
Regular Class Attendance: Classes are purchased separately, through MindBody and regular attendance is required for showcase participation as material for the performance will be developed in class. Class fees are not included in the Rehearsal, Performance and Costume Fees.
Rehearsal and Performance Fee: $120 Rehearsal and Performance Fee for the 1st class, $80 for each additional class you wish to showcase in.
Costume Fee: $50 per class you wish to showcase in.
Showcase Registration and Payment: $50 NON-Refundable deposit per class required at the time of registration.
METWORK Members receive a 10% discount applied to their invoices. Costume fees are not included in the discount.
Once your deposit is paid you will receive an email invoice for the balance.

Class fees are separate and can be purchased using class cards, or single class purchases. (METWORK member classes do apply.)
Rehearsal and Performance Fee includes 6 weeks of rehearsals starting the week of April 1st through May 12, 2023

The front row will be for those patrons that have mobility concerns
An elevator is available to reach the high levels of seating
Remember that this theater only seats 275 and every seat is a good seat

Free Parking for all patrons is located at the Garage Parking - entrance is from Alabama & LaBranch
Once patrons park, you will walk around the Fine Arts Building to the Plaza Area
Once Lobby Doors Open - patrons will check in with HMD staff and be allowed to enter. Your entire party must be present to enter and be seated.
