Steven Boyd Studio (approximate danceable area 25' X 25') Activity Floor with Marley

Classes/Rehearsals $45 hourly (DSH discounted rate $35)

Events and Presentations (3 hour minimum) $55 hourly (DSH discounted rate $50)

Phoenix Studio Theater (approximate danceable area 27' X 45' ) Activity Floor with Marley

Classes/Rehearsals $60 hourly (DSH discounted rate $50) 

Events and Presentations (3 hour minimum) $75 hourly (DSH discounted rate $70)

Please note that all rentals are scheduled and charged from walk in to walk out. If you require set up and break down time, make sure to include that in your time request.

Day of rentals are not available at this time.

Rentals are not considered confirmed until payment has been made.


All studios have WiFi connectivity and are equipped with a sound system that has Bluetooth connectivity as well as an aux cord.


Please note that some rentals my include an additional $15 an hour fee if it falls outside our hours of operation or the number of participants require additional staff support.
