Performance date: Friday August 8th, 2025 @7:30pm 

Production details: Tech and Dress rehearsal will be scheduled Tuesday - Thursday August 5th - 7th, 2025. 

Performance location: Heinen Theater, 3517 Austin Street

Description: Instructors will create a short work for their class(es). The choreography will be crafted through an 8 week series of rehearsals, after class or on another additional day.

To Participate: Participation requires regular attendance in class as well as rehearsals. Schedule and registration information is available below. It is highly recommended that if you are not already regularly attending the class(es) you want to showcase in that you start attending class asap!

Regular Class Attendance: Participants register and purchase weekly class separately, through MindBody. Regular attendance is required for showcase participation as material for the performance will be developed in class. Class fees are not included in the Rehearsal, Performance Fee. 

Rehearsal and Performance Fee: $160 Rehearsal and Performance Fee for the 1st class, $80 for each additional class you wish to showcase in. 

Costumes will be determined by class and in conversation with the instructor.

Showcase Registration and Payment: $50 NON-Refundable deposit per class required at the time of registration.

• METWORK and METWORK plus Members receive a 10% discount applied to their invoices. 

• METWORK unlimited Members can participate at no additional charge.

• The HMD Adult Ballet Ensemble does perform as part of the Adult Studio Showcase No additional registration is required for Ensemble Members except for those who want to showcase with specific classes outside of the Ensemble.

Once your deposit is paid you will receive an email invoice for the balance.

• All Rehearsal and Performance Fees are Due June 1st 2025 

• Class fees are separate and can be purchased using class cards, or single class purchases as you go. (METWORK member classes do apply.)

Rehearsal and Performance Fee includes 8 weeks of rehearsals starting the week of June 2nd through August 2nd, 2025 - No Rehearsals the week of June 30th - July 5th 2025
