Pricing and Registration

Registration 

• There is a $100/Class Non-Refundable Deposit to hold your students place in class 

• Fill out Informational Form for Parents and Child’s Information 

• Select Classes

Program Options & Tuition

Full Year Program August 15, 2026 through July 24, 2027

• Summer Saturdays Meet - June 12, 19, 26 & July 10, 17, and 24 - 2027

Tuition for the Full Year:

One Class Per Week  - $1,435

Two Classes Per Week - $2,706

Three Classes Per Week  - $3,690

Full Year Tuition is divided into 12 monthly payments due the 1st of each month August 2026 - July 2027

There is an 8% Processing Fee added to all monthly payments

School Year Program: August 15, 2026 through May 15, 2027

Tuition for the School Year:

One Class Per Week - $1,225

Two Classes Per Week - $2,310

Three Classes Per Week  - $3,150

School Year Tuition is divided into 9 monthly payments due the 1st of each month September 2026 - May 2027

There will be an 8% Processing Fee added to all monthly payments.

Discounts:

Multi-student family discount:  For families with two or more students enrolled within the household a 10% discount applies to tuition for each additional student. 

Summer 2027:

• Full Year Pricing includes Summer Saturdays 2027

• Full Year Pricing does not include Summer 2027 Camp. Summer 2027 Camp can be added at a 25% discount.

Financial Policies

Tuition Payments:

• Tuition is divided up based on the program option selected, and billed on a monthly basis.

  • Full Year:  Billed the 1st of each month August 2026 - July 2027

  • School Year:  Billed the 1st of each Month September 2026 - May 2027

• A $15 late fee is added to all tuition received after the 10th of the month.

Refund Policy:

• In the case of emergencies, refunds may be requested in writing and emailed to studio@metdance.org within 10 business days of payment. 

• Refund requests processing may take 4 - 6 weeks and there is a 10% processing fee deducted from all approved refund payments.

Children and Youth Program Procedures

Drop Off Instructions:

• Parents are to drop off and check in students in the lobby prior to the beginning of classes and pick them up in the lobby as soon as classes are dismissed.

• Waiting and parking areas are limited and for students preparing for their next class.

• Visitors and observation of classes is not permitted except during watch weeks.

• Students 15+ minutes tardy may not be permitted to participate in class.

Absences Policy:

• HMD is not responsible for classes missed due to illness or time conflicts.

• There is no reduction or refund for missed classes.

Class Size:

• Class schedules may change with enrollment status.

• If less than 5 students enroll, the class is subject to rescheduling or cancellation.

What to Expect When You Arrive

1. Check-in will begin 15 minutes before class start time.

2. Please enter the double glass doors located on Main Street across from the gas station. DO NOT USE THE SIDE OR BACK DOORS

3. Don’t forget your water bottle. HMD has water fountains to refill your bottles.

4. Students will not be admitted into classes if they are more than 15 minutes late.

5. Exit is through the lobby.

The Houston Metropolitan Dance Center reserves the right to ask any person to leave if they are not adhering to our stated policies and procedures.

The facility entrance and parking lot are located on Main Street.

Parking is available and free in the lot and on the street.
